ESS Conference 2024
Information related to the ESS Conference 2024
As part of the Call for Papers and preparation of the conference programme and registration, your personal data - your name, contact details and other information - will be processed by ESS ERIC.
The legal basis of the processing for the purpose of developing the conference programme is the legitimate interest of ESS ERIC and for the completion of the conference registration process, it is the performance of a contract. Your rights as a data subject are not affected. For further information please see Privacy and Data Protection: Website and Data Users.
ESS ERIC will use ConfTool software and servers in preparing for the conference. Applicable law is UK GDPR/DPA 2018 and EU GDPR 2016 and a data processing agreement is in place between ESS ERIC and ConfTool. ConfTool: Privacy Statement.
